A big shoutout to JT Group for their unwavering support and generosity as our GOLD donor, contributing $10,000 to the Singapore Women’s Softball Team in our journey towards the SEA Games 2025! 🇸🇬🥎

The team was also privileged to be invited to attend JTG Career Night, a meaningful networking event that brought together aspiring undergraduate-athletes with young professionals and seasoned experts under one roof.

The evening featured a stellar lineup of panel speakers from banking, consulting, and trading backgrounds—representing organisations such as DBS, Citibank, AIA and Guidepoint—who shared their career journeys, practical insights, and advice on navigating industries in today’s fast-changing landscape.

It was an inspiring night of conversations and connections, a space for curious minds to explore new possibilities and learn what it takes to thrive across diverse career paths.

"Softball taught me discipline, teamwork, and resilience: the same qualities that shape strong careers. Giving back is about investing in the next wave of talent and showing athletes that the mindset built on the field can be even more powerful off it.

Stay curious, build skills early, choose paths that give you options, and find mentors who challenge you. Manage your time, money, and energy well — your habits are your advantage. This is just the start."

- Jerel, JT Group

“Thank you, JT Group, for supporting us both on and off the field. I’m glad we could connect with a partner whose values resonate with ours, and give my teammates, many of us still undergraduates, the opportunity to learn directly from accomplished leaders across different industries.”

- Charmaine, Vice Captain Singapore Women’s Team

"Sports, especially team sports, develop leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, and fosters teamwork among athletes, preparing them not only for the challenges of representing Singapore at the highest levels but also for the workplace.

We're very pleased that generous organisations such as AIA JT Group recognise the values and skills our athletes bring to the field as well as off it. We thank them for their generous donation to the continued development of Softball in Singapore.

It takes a community to build a strong National Team capable of representing Singapore on the international stage. While parents, coaches, team managers, SBSA and the players play important roles, private organisations such as AIA JT Group also help us greatly." - Foo Pei, President SBSA.

Thank you once again to JT Group for championing professional development and our sports women. We’re deeply grateful to walk this journey with you! 🙌
