To All Member Affiliates, Associates, and Council Members of Singapore Baseball & Softball Association (SBSA),
Notice is hereby given that the Singapore Baseball & Softball Association's 65th Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:

Agenda for 65th AGM:
1. President’s Opening Address
2. To Approve and Confirm :
a. Minutes of the 64th Annual General Meeting.
b. Minutes of the EGM held on 12 October 2025
c. Matters Arising from the Minutes of the 64th AGM and EGM.
3. To Receive and Adopt:
a. Annual Report from 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
b. Annual Statement of Accounts from 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
c. Annual Financial Statements from 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025
4. To approve the appointment auditor for the Financial Year 2025
5. To Transact Any Other Business of the 65th AGM.
6. President’s Closing Address
7. End of Meeting
Note: - (In accordance with the SBSA Constitution)
1. As per Article 13.2 of the constitution, suspended Members shall not be entitled to any of
the rights and privileges of Membership including voting rights at General Meetings. All
Members are kindly reminded to ensure that their dues have been paid to prevent
suspension by the board.
2. As per Article 14.4 of the Constitution, Full Members who wish to table a resolution for
the general meeting may do so provided they give notice to the Secretary General no later
than fourteen (14) days before the meeting is due to be held. Please send in proposed
agenda items to be tabled by 16 November 2025 by 1pm.
● All proposed agenda items may be sent via email to admin.ops@sbsa.org.sg
● Information Required: (i) Name and IC of Proposer, (ii) Team/Club of Proposer;(iii) Proposed Agenda Details
3. As per Article 16.2 of the constitution, All Full Members and Associate Members will be
entitled to nominate a delegate or representative by writing to the Secretary General
three (3) days before the AGM.
● Please send in particulars of the delegate or representative in annex 1 by 27
November 1pm via email to admin.ops@sbsa.org.sg
4. As per Article 14.5 of the constitution, the following attachments pertaining to the 65th
AGM will be sent to the respective Team/Club representative via email (7) days in
advance, or by 23 November 2023.
● For 65th AGM - Minutes to 64th Annual General Meeting
● For 65th AGM - Annual Report from 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025
● For 65th AGM - Annual Statement of Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2025
5. As per Article 14.8 of the constitution, this meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Members
will be allowed to observe the proceedings of this meeting over a live telecast and be
allowed to vote electronically.
