SBSA Hiring a Consultant Technical Director

Singapore Baseball and Softball Association (SBSA) seeks the service of a Technical Director for a 1-year term (with the possibility of an additional year’s renewal). This position will report to the President of SBSA.

The selected candidate will take a lead role in the formulation and implementation of the SBSA’s Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) Plans from grassroots to high performance, as well as developmental and educational programmes for coaches and athletes under SBSA’s charge. Besides leading the High Performance Team programme, the Technical Director will participate (with the assistance of the SBSA’s Coaching Commission) in the development process for coaches and course facilitators for our CoachSG Programme under the auspices of Sport Singapore.
