SBSA Hiring a General Manager

Singapore Baseball and Softball Association (SBSA) is hiring a General Manager. The General Manager supports the SBSA council in its strategic drive towards positioning the game of Baseball and Softball at the highest levels by overseeing the development and implementation of new and existing programs to achieve SBSA’s objectives. The GM also needs to pro-actively devise strategies that will increase SBSA’s revenue streams.

To ensure alignment to these objectives, the GM is also responsible for ensuring effective and efficient operational flows. The incumbent is responsible for the management of the organisation's financials, and day to day running of the operations, encompassing sports personnel, human resources etc. 

Besides being the key day-to-day management personnel, the GM also needs to manage SBSA’s external and internal communications with various stakeholders.
